Since 1999, Mulligan PWS has been providing quality pressure washing service at an affordable price while still guaranteeing our customers satisfaction and quality of work. Of course we can do all the general work that others do, concrete, sidewalks, drive thru's, dumpster pads, buildings, awnings, patios, parking lots, warehouses, construction equipment and fleet vehicles, except we do it with quality. and insurance. We do it right the first time. If it needs to be cleaned with high pressure and high heat, and skill to accomplish our standard of cleanliness, we're the team for the job.Not only do we do all the above, we specialize in kitchen exhaust hood cleaning adhering to the NFPA 96 guidelines and try to bring more standards and ethics to a service that is generally regarded as having none. What makes us different? We don't just clean what is visible to the kitchen staff or management, we do the whole job, every time. Its sometimes a thankless job working in the middle of the night and don't believe any member of management should have to check our work or see that they're getting what theyre paying for.
